Today, we are taking that expertise further. We are expanding our focus and pivoting aggressively toward a seamless omnichannel future, integrating SMS, Voice, and Instant Messaging to meet the growing enterprise demand for unified communication.

As we reflect on the achievements that have shaped our journey, we also look ahead to an exciting new chapter. With the recent appointment of Mr. Giovanni Mannarino as Managing Director, Fortytwo is entering a new era focused on continued progress and future opportunities. To mark this occasion, we sat down with Giovanni to discuss his vision for the company, priorities for the years ahead, and how Fortytwo plans to build on its strong foundation.
Giovanni brings a wealth of experience in international management, commercial leadership, and business transformation across multicultural environments. Over the years, he has worked in diverse countries and contexts, helping companies grow, evolve, and adapt strategically in fast-changing markets. He also shared that his strategic vision is to continue evolving from a traditional telecom operator into an increasingly technology-driven Company, through both in-house innovation, and the integration of third-party technology solutions within Fortytwo’s service ecosystem.
