The Opportunity
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing and delivering high quality projects for print and digital platforms, supporting the creative direction and branding efforts of the Company, whilst also collaborating with different team members to produce innovative and engaging designs.
Your Responsibilities
We are exploring ways to grow our team and in taking ownership of this role, your areas of responsibility will be:
Handle all design and implementation for print and digital projects, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
Prioritise and manage multiple projects, effectively supporting commercial and technical teams.
Contribute to the creative direction, brand guidelines, best practices and standards.
Support the Marketing team with innovative design concepts and materials across both online and offline platforms.
Design and deliver Company-branded materials, including business stationery, invitations, internal and external presentations.
Regularly update, refresh, and maintain creative elements of the Company’s website, social media pages, to keep followers and audiences engaged.
Create original designs to simplify and effectively communicate complex telecom solutions adapting to the different verticals within the industry.
Present, defend designs and key milestone to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
Research and evaluate user feedback whilst keeping abreast with the current Graphic design trends.
Coordinate with external suppliers to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.
Collaborate with several internal team members on layouts, web assets, wireframes, storyboards, and user flows as needed.
Any other additional ah-hoc tasks or projects assigned by the management.
Your skillset
Qualification in Graphic Design or Fine Arts, with two years of relevant working experience.
Strong graphic design portfolio.
Experience in UX/UI, especially in a B2B company will be considered an asset.
Working experience in digital and print design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Familiarity with Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe XD, CSS, HTML, and/or WordPress will be a plus.
Excellent communication skills in English; Fluency in Italian will be considered an asset.
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
Self-driven with a ‘can-do’ attitude, detail-oriented, and organised.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
