Forming part of the Customer Service team and located in Naxxar, the main responsibilities of this position will include but not limited to dealing with technical customer requests and enquiries in a professional, timely manner and to the satisfaction of the customer as well as monitoring traffic and various systems within the telecommunications industry.
We are looking for a person who enjoys working in a fast paced, highly dynamic and challenging yet rewarding environment within a young team. He / she must be passionate about Customer Service and First Contact Resolution and be highly motivated to form part of an organisation that has high quality customer values and champions innovation.

Although previous experience in a customer service or technical contact centre environment is not necessary as full on the job training will be provided, it will nevertheless be considered as an advantage for this position.
