In the software industry speed tends to propel ideas and drive processes right through traditional barriers, sweeping the bureaucrats and their interference aside in a mad rush to get to the marketplace. |
| Thus, we have no bureaucracy. But we have to be careful as, like a virus, it keeps mutating and trying to find its way back in. |
| Bureaucracy and bureaucrats have no place at Forty Two International. While we will operate most effectively with robust processes and systems, bureaucracy is interference. |
